REAL STORY
Napoleon Kwaje
A true inspiration to those around him, Napoleon embodies the qualities and traits sought after in Disability support workers; a genuine desire to help others experience a full life combined with a dedication to those he helps on a daily basis.

Arriving in Australia as a refugee in 2016, Napoleon Kwaje spoke almost no English and had a desire to work in IT. Two years later, Napoleon not only speaks fluent English, but has completed a Certificate IV in Disability and works with two different Disability Support organisations, Interchange & Scope.
