What do you get as part of the Incentive Program?

  • $10,000 in incentive payments!*

  • An offer of a permanent teaching position with Bendigo TAFE at the successful completion of your training.
  • Ongoing mentoring for the duration of the program.

* $2000 upon enrolment in the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) qualification
* $2000 after you complete the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
* A further $6000 once you complete two years of continuous service at Bendigo TAFE.

Payments will be made to the recipient within four (4) weeks of each payment milestone noted above.
